Vancouver Island

In late summer 2019, I had the opportunity to visit friends on Gabriola Island and in Nanaimo which brought fun, wonderful scenery and time to take in the details. Flying there and taking the ferry back meant having more time to explore the sandstone beaches of Gabriola and the beauty of the Strait of Georgia while coming slowly into Vancouver.
